Returns for Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, please follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Complete the Returns Form

    • Our customer service team will send you a returns form, which must be completed and included with your returned item.
  3. Arrange for Return

    • We recommend using a secure and tracked shipping service to ensure that the item arrives safely. The price of our products does not allow for free returns. Therefore, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging, in a fully resalable condition.
  • Any items that are used or returned outside the 28-day window will not be eligible for a refund unless approved by our customer service team.

Processing of Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process any refunds due within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please follow these steps:
